The personal project I recently worked on during my break took about two days for the sketch, one day for the color draft, and three weeks for rendering until completion. As a League of Legends player, I’ve always admired Ahri and Faker, who has greatly contributed to the growth of esports and the development of League of Legends. With the upcoming World Championship 2025, I decided to create a fanart piece to celebrate this event and express my admiration for Faker and the T1 team. My recent works have leaned toward bright color tones, which have become my strength, but returning to darker-themed paintings pushed me out of my comfort zone. I struggled a lot with capturing the atmosphere. As always, I’m grateful to Mr. Dao Trong Le for his invaluable help with character movements and effectively controlling the focal point of light. Thanks also to Mr. Huyy Nguyễn for his helpful feedback—sometimes I get so caught up in drawing that I overlook body proportions, and their guidance has been a huge help. Below is the full version and the process. I hope you enjoy this artwork!
